Very good care and understanding of having to carry on at work.
Very good advice on how to get better.
Overall very good.
The physiotherapist was aware of my needs and delivered the care needed very successfully - Chetna.
Following diagnosis it was prompt and effective.
A hundred percent care given - condition listened to and appropriate exercises were given. Regular follow up appointments until ready for discharge.
Everything was carefully explained to me in great detail and not rushed - fantastic.
All very helpful towards improving my problems.
I am very pleased with the help I have had and feel very comfortable with Brigit. Fantastic care and lovely lady.
Talking through and being understood.
Exercises - explained and very useful.
Waiting time initially to get appointment.
We are fully staffed and have over recruited to try and cope with the increasing demand for physiotherapy. Our waiting list at Danetre is now 9 weeks, and at Towcester is 7 weeks which is an improvement.
Able to see same clinician every time. Useful exercises given to ease discomfort. Duration of appointmnet could be a little longer.
We have 45 minutes for an Initial appointment and 30 minutes for our follow up sessions. If we feel that we need longer than this time we can book a longer appointment, this would depend on an individual presentation and needs and on the physiotherapists reasoning. Overall many physiotherapy departments have shorter appointment times than these in other areas of U.K so we are proud that we have firmly argued that we need time with our patients if we are to provide quality care. This comment helps to reinforce our argument further.
Everything and everyone was superb. Made to feel 'individual' rather than one of a crowd. This dept is fantastic! Such a nice ambiance. physios are brilliant.
Regular follow up.
